I'm in the middle of training for my second olympic distance race (the Lavaman in Kona, HI on March 28th) and first half iron distance race - The Boise 70.3 on June 12th

Aids Lifecycle 9
I just signed up for Aids Lifecycle 9. The event is June 6-12 and its a 543 mile (!!!) bike ride from SF to LA. Once training begins I'll post my work-outs here so you all can follow along so stay tuned :)
