I'm in the middle of training for my second olympic distance race (the Lavaman in Kona, HI on March 28th) and first half iron distance race - The Boise 70.3 on June 12th

Raffle announcement!!
I was supposed to draw the winning ticket today at noon, but I left the tickets at home in my rush to get to work this morning so I will draw/post the winner as soon as I get home!!!
